Launch of the Centre for the Studies of Ethnicity and Multiculturalism

Welcome to the webpage of the Centre for the Studies of Ethnicity and Multiculturalism. Founders are pleased to announce the launch of the new think tank with the special focus on cultural diversity and inter-ethnic relations. CSEM has been established in response to the challenges still existing in the field of minority protection and integration. Our team composed of experienced academic staff and practitioners will work to promote concept of multiculturalism through documentation, advocacy and consultancy. In 2016 we plan to accomplish number of interesting initiatives and projects targeting political participation and inclusion of national minority communities, at the same time we are working on creation of the interactive map of ethnic and religious diversity of Georgia, series of academic papers are also to be presented shortly by CSEM team.
